In this tutorial, we'll show you what a deal is, and how to create one in Samdock.
☝ A deal represents an opportunity to sell your products or services.
In Samdock, the workflow is designed for the qualified leads to eventually become deals, or in other words, a selling opportunity.
That means that once you qualify a lead, they land on the first stage of your pipeline.
Every card you see here represents a deal.
☝ A pipeline is a representation of the journey your contacts go on from being a qualified lead to closing the deal. It's divided into different stages that the contact goes through.
In this section you'll find all your archived closed deals, whether they're classified as:
- Won: the deal ended up successfully and you made the sale
- Lost: the deal didn't work out and you didn't make the sale
